This policy explains how Green Jacket Labs LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and our forthcoming application, EveryGreen. We keep it short and plain because our approach is simple: we collect as little as possible.
This website
This website is a static informational site. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information from visitors as they browse. Standard server logs may be retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability; we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Contacting us
If you email us at contact@greenjacketlabs.dev, we receive the message and any information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to you and do not sell it or share it for marketing.
The EveryGreen app
- Camera. EveryGreen uses your device's camera to read the launch of a golf ball you hit. This processing is designed to happen on your device. We do not intend to upload your camera feed to our servers.
- On-device rendering. Ball flight and course visuals are rendered on your device rather than streamed from a server.
- Shot & session data. Data about your shots and practice sessions may be stored on your device so you can review your history. If we later offer optional cloud sync or accounts, we will disclose that clearly and make it opt-in.
- No sale of personal data. We do not sell personal information.
Children
Our website and app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website and app evolve. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
